Ding Yin

Ding Yin is an old man that Li Yao met on his way to Grand Desolate War Institution. Li Yao after recognizing that Ding Yin was the author of the refining books that he loved, bombarded him with questions, forcing Ding Yin to run and hide in a toilet cubicle. Afterwards, when they were on a train, Li Yao assisted Ding Yin to repair the Lightning Taiyi Railgun in order to stave off a beast tide. Eventually, Ding Yin had to sacrifice his life in order to stave off the beast tide and was resurrected as a spectral cultivator.
